Market Access Specialist

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Market Access Specialist to be based in the UAE .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- In collaboration with the Market Access manager, ensuring the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.
- Keep relevant parties informed about the price & reimbursement status of the assigned portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities for partnership with local health authorities; initiating market access initiatives
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders
- Providing health economic and value training to field support teams; communicating the role of market access through presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Life science.
- Minimum of 3 years of market access experience within the pharmaceutical industry across the private and public sectors in the UAE.
- Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in reimbursement, pricing, Insurance, and product enlisting.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels within the pharmaceutical industry including senior health professionals, board members & government figures.
- Knowledge of health economics and economic modeling.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
