Job description / Role
Strong events, business development and marketing executive,preferably with a legal background, to assist the business development manager of a prestigious law firm based in Dubai.
* To assist with the end-to-end organization and execution of events.
* To assist with the end-to-end organization of external event participation, including conferences, panel/moderator opportunities etc.
* Marketing
* CRM
* Research
* Pitches and proposals
* Supporting with research and drafting of pitches, ensuring final documents are in line with house style.
* Assisting with pitch database management.
* Assisting with updates to the pitch templates and lawyer CVs on a regular basis.
* Awards and Directory Submissions
* Assisting with updates to website pages, including contacts, publications, news, promotion of events etc.
* Assist with coordinating BD expenses and invoices as required.
* Assist with any other projects/tasks as required.
