What you'll do

Support IBU Experts in their daily work

- Support ADIPEC, LEAP and other regional/ internal Industry Conferences and events
- Maintain a lean customer reference library
- Project planning activities for KSA Innovation Center
- Collaborate with global IVAs in releasing customer success stories
- Contribute to Social Media activities (LinkedIn)
- Support SAP Oil, Gas, and Energy Communities
- Communications and Marketing related tasks
- Close collaboration with local/ regional marketing teams to promote Industry events and campaigns

What you bring

- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences (FH), studying: Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, project management, or related field.
- his position requires you to work from the Dubai office. This implies living in the United Arab Emirates - preferably in Dubai. As the role includes onboarding and a learning process, we expect the applicant to consider a working period of 12-18 months or longer.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Experience with project management tools
- Acumen to navigate through complex project planning and tracking tasks
- Active follow up to complete pending project activities
- Strong analytical skills
- Moderate knowledge in working with MS Office 365 (MS Teams, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, MS SharePoint)
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Soft skills: highly motivated and proactive team player
