Job description / Role
• Responsible for managing the company’s marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for translating marketing plans into online activities and builds engagement with consumers both existing and potential
• Responsible for delivering the online KPI’s for building brand loyalty and awareness, as well as delivering commercial sales benefits
• Leverages strong management skills to regulate content production, research, analysis as well as delivering an outstanding on line customer experience.
• Manages the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, results delivery and reporting.
Requirements
• Min 5+ years’ work Marketing experience in F&B Restaurants, preferably standalone restaurants;
• 3-5 years minimum experience in managing CRM & Digital campaigns in an F&B environment.
• Data management and assimilation
• Budget & planning management
• Excellent academic background with BS degree in Management or a Master's Degree in Marketing
• Expert understanding of Customer relationship management, data analysis and shopper habits and trends.
• Expert understanding of digital platforms and their best practice utilization for customer-driven campaigns.
