Job description / Role
• Develop and execute regional marketing and communications plan.
• Create engaging and comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns and promotions to attract, acquire and engage B2C customer segments.
• Provide the DOM performance reports at key campaign milestones.
• Maximise engagement through, SMM, SEM, PPC, and Influencer Marketing.
• Contributes new ideas to enhance the company’s’ social media presence.
• Effective use of brand awareness, acquisition platforms and channels throughout all stages of marketing funnel.
• Work with graphic designers and external agencies to deliver digital, and on occasion, printed sales collateral.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials from inception through to completion ensuring consistent TOV, vision and aesthetic are achieved.
• Report competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and increase regional market share.
• Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines.
• Assist in the co-ordination of special events, project management and execution.
• Contribute to the continuous development of department best practices.
• Demonstrable regional B2C experience within the real estate sector is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
• Passion for understanding customer acquisition with good analytical abilities.
• Working knowledge of Digital Marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Out of the box thinker.
• Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• The ability to work and thrive under pressure.
• Native Arabic language skills, highly desirable but not mandatory.
