Client is a luxury chocolate brand bringing the finest artisanal chocolates under one roof.
As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to
strengthen our brand, enhance our digital presence, and grow our online sales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves brand building,
and understands digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Growth
1. Public Relations & Brand Storytelling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop a compelling brand narrative and ensure it reaches the right audience.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy
• Create and manage content across social media platforms to drive brand engagement.
• Plan and execute creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

3. Branded Events & Activations
• Assist in planning and executing brand activations, pop-ups, and corporate events.
• Ensure events create momentum and foster strong customer relationships.

4. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships that align with the brand.
• Track influencer campaigns to ensure measurable impact.

E-commerce & Online Sales Growth

5. Online Store & Marketplace Management
• Manage e-commerce platform and online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.

6. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to driveonline sales.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results.

7. Customer Experience & Retention
• Work on improving the customer journey and loyalty programs.
• Ensure smooth communication between e-commerce and fulfillment teams.

8. Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordination
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products

• Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, branding, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in F&B, luxury goods, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media, PR, influencer marketing, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance.
• Driving License: Required (as the role involves visiting retail outlets, events and collaborations).
