Job Description:
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service delivery and resolving any complaints or issues.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications:
• Open to European nationalities
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management in F&B industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
