Job description / Role
The Marketing and PR Manager will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing marketing programs, PR Initiatives and events that uphold the corporate image and property identity. The Marketing and PR Manager will execute marketing tactics supporting the hotel's strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Execute marketing tactics, partnerships, programming and activations supporting the hotel.
- Manage annual marketing plan and calendar focused on driving business into low & shoulder seasons while enhancing the guest experience during peak seasons
- Create a content strategy for the website, social media platforms & email communications
- Plan and communicate marketing plans and activities with operators
- Support PR, social media and digital media tactics
- Attend key operational meetings to ensure alignment with all hotel stakeholders
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by management to support the organization

- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Marketing Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
- Languages essential English
- Optional languages French, Arabic (Fluent)
