The Marketing & Sales Executive will manage brand strategy, coordinate marketing activities, drive sales execution, and ensure strong market visibility.
You will support both digital and offline sales channels, oversee marketing assets, and collaborate with retail partners, agencies, and internal teams.
This role combines:
• Brand Management
• Digital Marketing
• Sales & Retail Execution
• Reporting & Performance Analytics
• Manage daily office ops, invoices, reports, and serve as the bridge between Dubai and our global HQ,
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or related fields.
• 2–5 years experience in healthcare, supplements, wellness, retail FMCG, or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of health & wellbeing consumer trends.
• Experience in brand management and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of UAE marketplace channels (pharmacies, ecommerce, retail).
• Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment.
• Advantageous to speak in Arabic & Fluent in English.

• Worked with a supplement/nutrition brand before.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, AI tools.
• Familiar with GCC markets and pharmacy channel operations.
