Halian, a global IT services business, is currently seeking a Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our EMEA team. Based in Dubai, UAE, this full-time role will cover all Marketing, Social Media and Event activities across our group of companies.
Responsibilities
• Reporting into the Group Sales Director and working with internal and external business partners, your role will be to support the sales function across all our business services in the UK, Luxembourg and the UAE.
• Your role will include delivering marketing activities across multiple channels and managing key work streams such as social media community management, content creation, brand & collateral development, organizing marketing and communication events and tracking/reporting results.
• You will be responsible for executing social media campaigns that drive high value business development results and working with the stakeholders to support the internal communications across the business. Other activities will include tracking key performance indicators and maximizing the value of the company online presence including its website.
Requirements
• Fluent English speaker
• 2-5 years’ experience with a focus or expertise in utilising social media effectively and creating relevant content
• Understanding of online content management
• Creative and enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter focused on delivering results
• Comfortable with analytics, able to present information concisely and has a continuous improvement mindset
• Organized with keen attention to detail
• Grasps new information, recognizes own strengths and weaknesses, pursues self-development and seeks feedback
• Reliable “starter-finisher” who is able to complete projects in an appropriate and timely manner
• Ability to travel across the region
