Marketing and Social Media Manager - Female

A fashion house is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager in Dubai to take the brand to the next level.

A keen understanding of social media platforms and ability to converse fluently in English and Arabic is key.If you are a passionate user-advocate who loves interacting with communities and building content that inspires and enriches people and have a proven track record, then we want to hear from you.

- Monitor and manage day-to-day communications, creative development and production
- Maintain all social network communications -- Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
- Conceptualize, launch, and measure new campaigns/promotions in support of marketing & brand initiatives
- Develop, implement and manage innovative ideas/promotions to drive greater relevance, engagement, and grow external communities
- Manage the social media and marketing budget

Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 6 months
Gross monthly base salary: AED 12- 15 K

Requirements

- English and Arabic fluency is a must
- Minimum of 3-5 years in online marketing with the last 1-2 years deeply immersed in social media strategy & execution
- Experience managing agency relationships a plus
- Demonstrated ability of developing and implementing social strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of technology, new consumer trends, and the latest in social media innovation
- Ladies with a passion for fashion
