Job description / Role
Our client, a large FMCG company, is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing general marketing administrative support to the Marketing Department and reporting directly to the Head of the Department.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Provide administrative support and assistance as needed in the marketing department
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Perform data entry; file and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Develop retail marketing and reference materials, both in print and digital form
• Familiarity with the marketing field's general language, concepts and practices
Requirements
In order to be considered, you should have a degree in Marketing with minimum of 2 years of general marketing experience, preferably gained from companies based in the UAE. Fluency in English is highly required. You should be willing to work normal working hours, if and when required.
