Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reception:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries

Personal Assistant to property consultant:
- Assist the Arabic property consultant and provide administrative/secretarial duties to the Property conslutant as requested;
- Scheduling meetings/travel plans
- Writing emails
- Transcribing notes
- Faxing, copying, printing documents
- Creating spreadsheets

Marketing Administration:
- Update Sales database with details of new projects when received from Developers as well as changes to projects in Arabic
- Keep tracker of customer/developer queries and update Sales on status of these on a daily basis
- Support the Marketing Manager during the preparation and front desk support at exhibitions/events
- Provide information on events/exhibitions to all staff
- Support Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator with ad-hoc administrative work for all Arabic Marketing documents
- Management of website in Arabic, according to Marketing manager requests

Requirements

- Previous experience within an administrative and marketing role
- Organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Core Competencies:
- Communication
- Organisation skills

IT Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
