Marketing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will spearhead marketing strategies and business expansion initiatives within the aesthetic and orthopedic sectors, driving growth and enhancing our market presence in the MENA REGION

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the aesthetic and orthopedic industries.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in the GCC
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and clinical teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform decision-making and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development and marketing within the healthcare, aesthetic, or orthopedic sectors.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
