Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Product development
• Develop products concept beyond the “physical products or services”
• Develop products which may overlap across different business units or beyond Unicepts
• Establish marketing metrics to reach the sales performance and apply all needed activities with a clear plan to achieve the organizational targets, divided into weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and yearly achievements

Communications
• Develop captivating stories to drive brand affinity and aspiration
• Adapt stories and contents to appeal to specific target audience
• Develop strategy and network to drive contents dissemination and awareness

Branding
• Develop and create F&B brands logos and content as per the directions of the Managing Director through the use of the reasonable channels or resources
• Develop vivid and engaging contents (images/videos) to complement stories
• Develop content strategy in line with brand positioning
• Ensure all branded items are in line with CID

Consumer Marketing
• Identify partnership opportunities to amplify brand awareness and extends brand reach
• Identify partnership which enhances positioning of the brand

Digital/Ecommerce
• Develop and adapt content specifically for online and digital medium
• Utilize programmatic and hypertargeting technology to deliver the most relevant content to guests
• Develop social media strategy to amplify awareness and engagements

Requirements

• Master degree – specialization in marketing or digital marketing
• Driving license
• 2-3 years as Marketing Manager in the F&B industry in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital
• Brand or consumer marketing experience
• Digital Marketing experience
• Past experience in English-working environment
• General industry knowledge
• Consumer understanding and needs
• B2C and B2B marketing plans and strategies
• Digital marketing and monitoring, including efficient targeting and retargeting, ROI
• Budget management and optimization
• Media and digital media suppliers
• Agencies management
• Strategic thinking, with creativity
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Organization skills, ability to anticipate, set up clear calendars and deliver on time with a proper follow up
• Ability to execute in high quality and on time
• Arabic native, English fluent (verbal, written)
• Microsoft Office – advanced ppt and excel
• Google analytics, Facebook Manager
• CRM
