Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Graphic design & Store marketing
• Oversee the negotiations with Mall Managers and Suppliers on visibility of brand within the malls such as posters stands, mall podiums, etc. and co-ordinate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure the timely placement of necessary display items
• Suggest new ideas for promotions for store graphics for seasons/ promotions/ collection arrivals
• Source seasonal photographic images with Marketing Director for all marketing to support collections
• Coordinate schedule of store marketing for seasonal campaigns and tactical promotions with Brand representations in conjunction with Marketing Director and Visual Merchandising

Reports
• Monitor overall effectiveness of promotions/ launches and other marketing- related activities through sales information, flyer response rate etc. Prepare analysis reports, including possible suggestions and feedback on results

Mall marketing (social media and banners)
• Liaise with mall marketing for brand’s promotion calendar, artwork specs and production
• Source suppliers for special promotions merchandising material
• Liaise with mall’s marketing departments to utilize their social media channels to promote our brand and campaigns. Identify opportunities to create brand awareness for the group’s brands in malls such as seasonal competitions, newsletters, etc.

Social media
• Manage the group / Brand social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook to share our brand’s campaigns, promotions, relevant news and group developments.

Customer data
• Ensure below the line communication with customers such as mailers, SMS, emails are approved by all relevant parties and sent within the agreed timelines

Suppliers graphics management
• Maintain up to date information on all estimates, LPOs from suppliers for graphic production

Media product coordination
• Source product images and ensure constant provision to the media for product placements

Requirements

• Education/ Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably Administration with tertiary qualifications in Marketing & Graphic design
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field
• Preferably on sponsored visa
