Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Marketing Coodinator:
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
• prepares marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives;
• plans and organizes promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
• Social media content uploads
• Coordinates with PR agencies
• Will spend 70% of the time at the office and 30% outside.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience
• High energy and motivated profile
This position requires someone who has a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity who can easily build rapport with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
