Marketing Coordinator

Job description / Role

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executive in organizing various projects related to signage, collateral print, photoshoots, video shoots, ad campaigns, media outreach, etc.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and agencies to follow-up on timely delivery of ongoing projects
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create informational material (e.g. brochures, leaflets, newsletters)
• Maintain the company’s social media accounts and the company website
• Provide assistance with in-house events and meetings
• Maintain organized records of marketing proposals, invoices, campaigns, etc.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of presentations
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information if and when needed
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
• Strong computer skills, incl. MS Office, SM platforms like FB, LI, IG, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
