What we are looking for: Marketing Coordinator - TUMI, KARL LAGERFELD, ST Dupont, Tag Heuer, Longchamp, Loewe, Furla

We have an exciting new position hanlding the above brands' Marketing Team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, super organized, can prioritize and manage numerous tasks at once. Loves a new challenge and can coordinate with many different departments and teams at ease.

We envision growth in this role and taking on more responsibility with time. There will be a lot of coordination with 3 rd party, suppliers, malls, partners/wholesalers, store staff and other markets including (Bahrain, Qatar and Egypt) so plenty of opportunities to build a network in the Group!

What you'll do:

- Mainly cover the UAE stores across the region (around 50)
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities by working closely with the other markets
- Update the marketing calendar regularly
- Maintain the budgets and invoices of each brand
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Conduct market visits to analyse competition & market trends and report best practices
- Review campaign results and suggest corrective action plans if necessary
- Coordinate requirements of BTL tools and other marketing tools with the brand to ensure receipt of all assets and in parallel liaise with suppliers and all brands' stores
- Follow-up is key to ensure we receive feedback/reports/ on time and as per the deadline
- Implement 360 marketing plans reflecting the brand's directions and strategies.,
- Liaise with the brand analyst regarding the marketing activities to ensure the availability of items within the required timeframe
- Liaise with the PRO and mall management for permits pertaining to events/promotions
- Support the team in the development of CRM campaigns
- Establish rapport with shopping malls' marketing contacts to discuss potential marketing opportunities and communicate our social media calendar
- Maintain an inventory of marketing materials (greeting cards etc.) and coordinate the creation of new materials when needed
- Liaise with Wholesalers/ partners to share with them all the assets and best practices, maintaining the brand's image within their depart stores.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Have coordination/organization experience
- Have implemented marketing projects before
- Worked on marketing reports/analysis previously
- Can prioritise workload and have excellent time management skills and follow marketing calendars
- Are brilliant at collaborating cross functionally and enjoys brainstorming innovative ideas
- Have some digital/social media technical knowledge
- Are proficient in PPT and Excel
- Have effective Interpersonal and Communication skills
