We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and driving brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and update marketing content on websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and vendor management.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports using analytics tools.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support budget tracking and invoice management for marketing activities.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
