Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

We seek a superstar copywriter to join the team on a contract basis and help deliver an impactful, award-worthy global launch of our redesigned loyalty program later this year. We need an expert storyteller and communications guru to come in and help our marketing team build awareness and excitement around our new programme. This is a creative service's role that will assist PR, Social Media, Website and App, and Email Marketing, among other areas as required.

Copywriting:
- Write or edit copy as assigned to support launch and marketing initiatives.
- Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with team members to fully understand the objectives to develop original copy and content for various communications channels.
- Present copy concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and revise copy based on feedback and direction.

Project Management:
- Manage assigned projects and tasks to completion and provide weekly status of progress, roadblocks, and next steps to stakeholders.

Brand Guardianship:
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints, reinforcing the new brand identity.

Continual optimisation:
- Analyse the results of your work once published and collect feedback from internal audiences to track response and seek ways to improve engagement and results.
- Stay abreast of current trends and techniques to keep the approach fresh and relevant.
- 9 months (start ASAP, through Jan 2022); potential for full-time hire upon completion of contract.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
- Experience in PR and communications, and/or Social Media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Word) and Google Workspace
- Travel, hospitality and luxury product experience a plus!
- Preferable native English speaker on freelance/Husband/Father's sponsorship
