Marketing Director

Job description / Role

• Lead and manage the Destination Management & Marketing sector for major developer in the MENA Region to ensure the vision for set by the board of directors as global destination as achieved as planned.
• You will have demonstrated and proven track record Destination Strategy and Plans with a portfolio of major TOURISM / DESTINATION MARKETING.
• You will oversee design and execution of Tourism Management Plan and lead new tourism products and concepts.
• It is essential that you have experience in Event planning and organisation as we as setting up and managing an EVENT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION.
• A key part of the role is to oversee development of destination image.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 15+ years public or private sector working experience
• High degree of flexibility and organization skills to accommodate a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and service oriented environment
• Degree in Business or similar, Master’s degree a plus
• 10 years in leadership position in Tourism
