Job description / Role
The Marketing Director will follow and champion brand guidelines, while being responsible for developing and managing the execution of all team marketing and overall marketing strategy. This includes expanding the company’s online presence, digital marketing, social media, enhancing video assets and refining current marketing collateral.
This role requires a broad insight of graphic design, digital media, persuasive writing and communications alongside the ability to efficiently manage timelines and team requirements.
Corporate Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist the CCO with managing all activities within the marketing department, ensuring all brand standards are followed
- Contribute to the annual strategic and seasonal marketing plan according to budget
- Serve as a company brand ambassador, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed
- Manage the company’s promotional activities and events such as Developer Breakfasts, Broker Open Houses and Internal
- Events by coordinating event formats, coordinating with suppliers and venues and cooperating with internal team members.
- Execute the development of content, key messaging and communication pillars in relation to corporate PR activities and social media.
- Manage the execution of all internal and external corporate communications (including copy writing, photo/video content) ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and company positioning.
Project Assembly for Developer Clients:
- Assist in the creation of marketing deliverables required for project launches.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Oversee the deliverables of project assembly, from an execution point of view to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
- Maintain the adherence of the Project Assembly SLA as it relates to marketing activities.
- Execute the development of all broker communications via EDM, Whatsapp and Social as it relates to our portfolio of projects.
- Manage the process by which all sales tools including project pitch decks, sales center displays, broker packs are updated as per the launch schedule.
Leadership Skills:
- Ensure junior members of the Marketing Team are meeting their KPI’s as set by the CCO.
- Regularly assess team performance against set benchmarks, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Implement team-building initiatives and strategies to enhance cohesion and productivity.
- Help with new joiner training and onboarding as it related to the marketing division.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Guru
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and adopts diligence across all activities
- Highly organized and good project management skills especially when meeting deadlines
- Excellent English language communication skills: written and spoken
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and retain patience
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Participates in team meetings, understands the team’s objectives and anticipates needs. Works with the team to create marketing solutions
- Service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
- Must be versatile and flexible in making last-minute adjustments to work requests
- Team player with a positive mindset.
