Marketing Director

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

Brand & vision building: Establish AI identity as the region's most trusted, sovereign, and advanced "AI Infrastructure". Lead the narrative shift from traditional cloud hosting to the new era of AI computing.

Strategic PR & executive communications: Craft compelling stories for local governments, sovereign wealth funds, and enterprise AI innovators. Manage high-level PR campaigns to highlight our local compliance, partnerships, and technological superiority.

Demand generation: Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our large-scale GPU cluster leasing and AI cloud services.

Event marketing & networking: Represent AiCaravan at major tech, AI, and investment summits in the Middle East (e.g., GITEX, LEAP). Organize exclusive executive roundtables with local business leaders and government officials.

Marketing leadership: Manage the regional marketing budget, direct PR agencies, and continuously track the ROI of all marketing and branding initiatives.

Requirements:

8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in leadership roles within the tech, IT infrastructure, or data center industries.

The "NeoCloud" mindset: You must have a deep understanding of the emerging "NeoCloud" ecosystem—including AI-native clouds, sovereign cloud architectures, GPU-as-a-Service, and next-generation compute paradigms.

Local network: A strong understanding of the GCC tech and investment landscape. Existing relationships with top-tier regional tech media and PR networks are highly advantageous.

Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI and infrastructure concepts into compelling business value propositions.

Language: Fluent in English (native-level proficiency in writing and speaking). Arabic is a strong advantage.

Work style: Self-driven, autonomous, and capable of delivering top-tier results in a remote/flexible work environment.
