Marketing & Events Executive

Job description / Role

We are hiring a Marketing & Events Executive for UAE (Ras Al Khaimah) . The candidate should have 6-7 years of experience of which 4 years must be in a position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading Real Estate or Event Management Company.

• Create and maintain professional standards and procedures for all event productions.
• Develop appropriate event programming with associated sponsoring and prepare event briefings.
• Develop agenda content, plans and timelines for all pre-event planning sessions.
• Ensure constant and accurate communication and coordination with internal procurement department, external suppliers [venue, printing facilities etc.] and other external parties involved in event logistics.
• Coordinate the creation, production and distribution of all event marketing and communication materials.
• Develop, control and administer under the supervision of the Marketing Manager the events operational budget and ensure it is prudently managed.

Requirements

Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah( UAE)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or other similar qualification.
