Job Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager MENA for SAP Concur is charged with driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration to an enterprise audience through an innovative mix of marketing programs. The key objective is to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and assist in converting sales opportunities into closed business. This role is focused on Marketing ROI and improving key marketing metrics as well as achieving growth plans within the region. Additionally, the role could support the launch of a new product or developing a marketing plan for a new industry in that region. Our strategy in a new market like MENA is to closely align to SAP accounts and as such pivotal to the success of this role is to work closely with our in-country SAP Marketing counterparts to drive collaborative marketing approaches. The role will be responsible for understanding overall enterprise business goals and working collaboratively with the broader team to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing programs to meet those goals. The role is a budget owner for the MENA Marketing budget and is required to manage and report on spend in line with finance team requirements.

This position reports to the local Sales Director in MENA and works closely with the local sales and Market Development teams, with Business Development, Account Management, R&D and Product Marketing as well as with the EMEA Marketing Senior Director, EMEA counterparts, and Global Marketing Teams. This is a fantastic hands-on marketing role for someone looking to broaden their marketing skill set in a fast-growing company. This individual must be an excellent communicator, have strong cross group collaboration skills, be action oriented and be good at planning and organising work.

Responsibilities:

This is a pivotal role for success and growing our Enterprise presence in MENA. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, technical competence, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a range of internal and external stakeholders based in disperse international locations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Regional Campaigns - Manage regional on-line marketing programs designed to maximise website traffic and web leads. Manage lead generation and marketing automation programs designed to generate leads, maximise conversion rates and generate sales demand among prospects. Look to roll out campaigns in a programmatic method to drive efficiencies across markets. Planning campaigns 2 quarters ahead.
- Corporate Campaigns - drive the deployment of local programs that align to corporate campaigns as needed.
- Design - Work with graphics team to create consistent look and feel for campaigns
- Content - leverage and localise relevant global content. Identify content gaps and work with the global content manager or an agency to ensure relevant assets are created and/or available for campaigns.
- Sponsored Programs - work with 3rd party providers, industry associations etc. to develop integrated marketing programs to drive lead generation and market awareness.
- Events - manage a series of events designed to gain brand awareness in target segment, drive new leads or accelerate existing opportunities - trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars and roundtable/smaller workshop types of events will be part of the mix.
- Nurture Strategy - Devise, execute and measure success of nurture programs across the demand funnel.
- Social Media - help drive social media engagement across the team and ensure social media channels are leveraged across integrated campaigns.
- Budget Management - Manage assigned budget including invoicing process.
- Manage local agency relationships - ensuring that marketing programs are executed flawlessly and meet goals.
- Stakeholder Management - work closely with relevant stakeholders, including those within SAP to understand their market needs and define corresponding marketing campaigns. Regular communication and reporting
- Pipeline Management - manage the creation of pipeline goals for the region, working closely with local leadership, maintain regular pipeline reporting and create tactics to reach pipeline goals
- Reporting - regularly report on success of marketing campaigns and activities, represent marketing at regional QBRs

Requirements

Position Requirements: Education, Experience & Training required:

- 7+ years' experience campaign creation and execution experience
- 2+ years' people management experience
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects to completion
- Demonstrated track record of successful defining, launching and execution of email marketing strategies with excellent results
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into marketing plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, influence and facilitate cross-functional teams and manage change effectively
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
- Marketing automation (Marketo) and Salesforce experience beneficial, but not essential
- Experience of running ABM programs beneficial
- Ability to pass a background check

- This position is based in our S AP Dubai Office. Some travel will be required for this role
