Employment: Full Time

A Multinational FMCG Company with office in JLT is looking for a Marketing Executive.

This position is responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote the Company and its products. Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and presenting ideas/ strategies to promote awareness of the Company and its products to the Middle East market.
- Organizing marketing events in accordance with Company policy and local law.
- Engaging in product development, distribution, sponsorship and research

The Marketing Executive is expected to deliver the following key results areas:

- Perform market visits (UAE) and submit reports to concerned departments.
- Visit various outlets during promotions to supervise in store activations and get customer feedback.
- Conduct Market research on potential new products by performing market visits and by questionnaires and sampling of products.
- Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition when needed.
- Source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, T.V and the campaigns when needed.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs, writing and proofreading copy.
- Update Company's social network sites on a daily basis.
- Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Manage the effective distribution of marketing materials in coordination with the sales team.
- Contribute to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.

Requirements

- 3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Very strong written communication skills.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross functional teams, and third parties.
- Creative and has a good organizing and planning skills.
