Job description / Role
• Defining the marketing strategy for the company along with the manager
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
• Build and ensure that marketing standards are being followed in the company
• Creative and Innovative way to market the company using social media and other platforms
• Participate in all marketing events and ensuring that the maximum potential of such events are being realized
• Work towards short term and long term marketing goals and achieve the same
• Should have an eye for branding, instinctively understanding consumer behavior
• Understanding different methods of marketing, including visual, oral, written and other methods and using each of them to optimize the reach to the market
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Market research and branding activities
• Coordinate events from initial discussions to defining a market strategy based on the final analysis from feedback forms
• Self-Starter
• Reporting to the Manager
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience doing 60% of the activities listed in the Job Description
• Bachelors or Masters or MBA in Marketing or Finance
• Excellent presentation skills (MS Office)
• Excellent command over English and skilled communicator
• Flexibility to travel
• Adobe Flash, Photoshop added advantage
