Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

- The purpose of this position is to assist the Marketing Directors and Managers in the implementation of the marketing sales plan and strategy in order to maximize business and revenue.
- To implement the set down critical path in order to ensure successful events.
- Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinates
- Facilitate the administration of the sales process.
- Work as per instructions of the Marketing Manager whilst following the laid down policies and guidelines.
- Proactively manage the database of existing exhibitions.
- Build-up product knowledge of existing and virtual exhibitions.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Formal qualification in a business, and or marketing management degree or related disciplines, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in an agency or in-house UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic
- Good level of competency in EBMS, Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes: Word (including mail merge),Excel, Power Point, Web browsing
- Additional Software desirable: Access, Visio
- Communication skills
