Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities
• Responsible about brand building across Madi international work field as per set strategy & client expectation.
• Develop brand business plan based on brand strategy and positioning.
• Develop & Execute strategic trade marketing plans and ensure on time implementation.
• Develop & Execute marketing activity, POSM, catalogues, communication, media & PR plans and ensure on time implementation.
• Ensure proper communication of all plans with respective people within the company such as sales teams and principles.
• Market visit
• 360 degree brand management
• Full brands management (Unlimited number of brands as per companies requirement)
• Ensure regular principle update on brand executional plans.
• Maintain efficiency in execution considering quality / time and importance as per set deadlines.
• Conduct Market research studies which covers all business related aspects such as market dynamics, competitive analysis, price collections, client’s satisfaction, industry best practices, etc…
• Regularly monitor and report international as well as local market trends to identify opportunities and potential portfolio expansion.
• Source new brands / product portfolio based on market feedback and opportunities.
• Develop & execute private label brands identity (design / layout / packaging / internal and external communication materials, growth plans, etc…)
• Plan and execute trainings, seminars and workshops whether internally or externally.
• Plan and execute events and exhibitions as per company requirement.
• Maintain cost efficiency at all times while not compromising on quality / deadlines / collaboration with third party & not to exceed approved budget.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Stays on top -Reads relevant articles, etc. using Internet and/or attends seminars, conferences to keep self-informed about the Company’s environment, competitors, and the developments in the field.
• Identifies and Suggests Improvements: Sees chances to do things better and suggests improvements.
• Builds or maintains rapport with a wide circle of clients. Pursues formal relationships with associates, clients and others.
• Gets and gives ideas, suggestions and help from/ to other team members. Values team members’ contributions.
• Acts on values when it is not easy to do so: Publicly admits having made a mistake and speaks it out. Being truthful at all times.
