Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

Objectives:
A Marketing Executive oversees and develops marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and business goals.

Main responsibilities:
• Exceptional social media skills.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Someone who has background on Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, etc.
• Someone who also have background skills for photography, motion graphics, graphic designing & graphic art.
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Number required: 1
• Desired start date: Immediate
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:am to 6:pm
• Gross monthly base salary: to be discussed

Requirements

Current Location:
• UAE

Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate company as Marketing.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
• Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
• Monitor and report on competitor activity
• Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
