Job description / Role
The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of the business. This will include managing a range of marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation, developing and executing marketing plans, structuring partnerships with other local businesses, and analysing the results of marketing initiatives to improve future efforts.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, business growth and customer acquisition
• Create and manage a range of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including company website, email, social media, and paid advertising
• Analyse the results of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for future efforts based on performance
• Collaborate with General Manager and external marketing agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach
• Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing the community
• Develop and maintain partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors and various businesses to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition
• Write and edit marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, advertising copy, etc.
• Manage the company's marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Attend events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to represent and promote the company, building relationships with potential partners and customers
• Structure and negotiate collaborative partnerships with various local businesses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is at the forefront of effective marketing practices
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas effectively
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with social media management and paid advertising is highly appreciated
• Experience in taking effective photos and videos for social media
• Experience creating graphic design, brochures, flyers, banners
• Knowledge of marketing technology and tools
• Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, workstreams and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and ownership of results
• Demonstrated passion for health and wellness, and an understanding of the benefits of stretching and mobility practices
