Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to understand service offerings and create targeted marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Create compelling content for brochures, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicates the company's value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Maintain the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the company's expertise and project successes.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers and marketing agencies, to enhance marketing efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the engineering, architectural, or project management sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
