Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive with 5-10 years of experience, ideally in the consultancy or contracting sectors, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and lead generation within the construction, real estate, or consultancy industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support business growth and brand presence.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
- Organize and promote events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

- 5-10 years of marketing experience in consultancy or contracting sectors.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Ability to create compelling content and manage multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Preferably a female candidate with a proactive and dynamic approach.
