Job description / Role
We are seeking a creative and innovative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement, optimise campaigns, and strengthen our digital presence. You will oversee social media management, campaign execution, and website updates, making this a critical role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:
• Develop and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Meta, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
• Create engaging and high-impact content for social media platforms, aligning with company branding and strategy.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Website Management:
• Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
• Manage website enhancements and updates in collaboration with external web development partners.
• Optimise email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Ensure all digital assets align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging guidelines.
Social Media & Training:
• Train agents on optimising their personal social media channels for business purposes, ensuring alignment with the overall company brand.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance results.
Campaign Coordination & Reporting:
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient execution and optimal ROI.
• Compile performance data and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
Requirements:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years or prior experience as a marketing executive
• Proven experience in managing campaigns across META, social media, and email marketing channels.
• Strong knowledge of website CMS systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English is required
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary:
AED
15000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
