Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to support and execute the firm’s marketing strategy. This position will involve managing marketing campaigns, digital presence, and communications while helping to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Design and implement content for the website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the firm's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring regular and engaging posts.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, workshops, and networking events aimed at promoting the firm’s services.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and campaign optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.
• Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to suggest improvements and inform future strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the professional services sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (social media, SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
