MENA Recruit is partnering with an international professional services firm in the establishment of its new Dubai-based service excellence hub.

This is not a typical local role — as Marketing Executive, you will manage campaigns and content across the UK, Dubai, Australia, Canada, and beyond, supporting the firm’s global growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading digital-first, cross-channel marketing campaigns.
2. Creating engaging content to build global brand presence.
3. Coordinating events, webinars, and marketing initiatives across jurisdictions.
4. Collaborating with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.
5. Driving impact during the Dubai launch while supporting wider global operations.

We are seeking a commercially aware, digital-focused generalist who is ready to step into a global remit.

1. At least 2 years’ marketing experience.
2. Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
3. Background in professional services (law, consultancy, finance) preferred.
4. UK experience is highly advantageous.
5. Structured, process-oriented, and collaborative personality.
6. Confident communicator, comfortable in cross-border, cross-cultural environments.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 16,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
