Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
The Employee will ensure that key corporate and product messages are communicated effectively to target audiences inside and outside the company. Develops, plans, and executes outbound marketing activities for the company, including public relations, tradeshows, events, printed collateral, online advertising, lead generation, product launches, branding, and webinars in accordance with the given budget.

Main responsibilities include:
• Define a marketing plan taking into account local sales strategies and complying with central marketing guidelines and tools
• Development of yearly marketing budget of marketing department and monthly report

Organize, supervise and carry out complex internal customers events, external trade shows, sales training and conferences managing all activities related to these events respecting timings and deadlines, i.e.:
• Prepare event agenda,
• Registration forms for customer events,
• Trade show space booking,
• Ordering event materials/literature,
• Producing event signs,
• Plan/arrange catering,
• Booking hotel rooms
• Customer communications,
• Vendors-supervision
• Contractor-supervision
• Develop media packs & giveaways

• Develop and coordinate the local communication plan
• Production of written materials, including press releases, corporate marketing materials, company website content, briefing material, press articles and other communications (with the support and guidance of HQ).
• Execute overall PR plan for the company
• Carry out website maintenance and update (local website derives and is integrated in a global website strategy)
• Manage local social media company pages, updating them regularly and producing contents for them

Other responsibilities include:
• Develop, implement, and maintain programs for internal communications
• Coordination of promotional material with Italy: ordering of printed material, gadgets,
• Supports clients, dealers and direct sales team in accessing and using marketing materials and support services.
• Maintaining strong work relationship with Group HQ marketing team and graphic design on daily tasks;
• Handle customer service concerning Marketing inquiries and action items;
• Assist in researching markets, segments, customers as required/assigned/appropriate to support sales and CRM

Requirements

• English native level language
• Arabic excellent level language both in written and spoken forms
• Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Good verbal communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong work ethic
• Diligent
• Multitasking, proactive
• Independent but with team spirit Degree in Business/Marketing is a plus
• SalesForce system knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
• Knowledge of Acrobat suite (esp. Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign) is a plus
