Marketing Executive - Email Campaign Specialist

Job description / Role

The role is hands-on, with core responsibilities focused on planning, writing, and executing high-performing email campaigns using modern CRM and marketing automation tools. The right candidate has strong content instincts, detail orientation, and a bias for action.

- Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and automated sequences
- Write high-quality email copy with clear messaging, structure, and strong calls to action
- Review, edit, and optimise email content based on performance and best practices
- Manage contacts, lists, pipelines, and basic automations within a CRM and marketing automation platform
- Maintain accurate CRM data and follow structured campaign workflows
- Draft social media posts and short-form content aligned with brand tone and messaging
- Support digital marketing initiatives across email and social channels
- Learn and apply segmentation, automation logic, and basic performance reporting

- Proven ability in email marketing (non-negotiable)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write and critique email content
- Clear understanding of what makes an email effective and conversion-focused
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- High level of comfort using digital tools and SaaS platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
