Marketing Executive - Starbucks - UAE
Duties and Responsibilities
CRM Implementation and Maintenance:
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Configure and manage CRM settings, workflows, and automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Work with the data intelligence team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports and insights based on customer behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics.
Campaign Management:
- Execute CRM campaigns across various channels to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized and targeted campaign content.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
Partnerships:
- Support and create leads for relevant partners to the business.
- Work with the team to create a partners ecosystem beneficial for the customers.
CRM Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall CRM strategy.
- Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and process improvements.
Loyalty Program Management:
- Support in managing the organization's loyalty program, including points accrual, redemption, and tier management.
- Analyze loyalty program data to identify customer segments and tailor rewards accordingly.
- Execute strategies to increase customer engagement and participation in the loyalty program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of marketing automation principles and tools.
- A firm believer of the "Customer First" approach.
