We are looking for the following Interns

Social Media & Digital Junior Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Support content planning, creation, and scheduling across Marina Mall’s social media platforms.
• Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and best practices.
• Assist with digital campaign ideation and execution.
• Monitor engagement metrics and support community management.

Learning Opportunities:
• Gain hands-on experience using social media management tools and analytics.
• Learn to develop brand-aligned content and assess campaign performance.
• Exposure to real-world marketing strategies in a dynamic retail environment.

Junior Event/Activations Marketing Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and execution of events and mall activations.
• Conduct research on consumer engagement trends and creative event ideas.
• Support the creation of promotional content for social and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for event logistics.

Learning Opportunities:
• Learn the end-to-end process of event marketing and operations.
• Develop coordination and planning skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Gain practical experience in public engagement and experiential marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative, curious, and eager student or fresh graduate looking to grow in Marketing
• Arabic speaker is a bonus

Job type: Internship
Length: 2-3 months

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
