Marketing Intern

Your new role:
Joining us as Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional marketing activities for Hays Middle East. This is a hands-on role offering you the opportunity to learn, be creative, and apply your understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.

You will be working with the marketing team to support in day-to-day marketing activities and contribute to the overall marketing objectives across the region.

Your role will include:
• Providing marketing administration support
• Scheduling and publishing social media content
• Creating and delivering presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with ad hoc photography and visual content creation
• Supporting website updates and content management
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team across the Middle East and Southern Europe
• Assisting the sales team with marketing-related requests
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports
• Researching market trends and competitor activities with benchmarking to support strategy development
• Coordinating logistics for events and webinars
• Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and content
• Helping with email marketing campaigns and database management

What you’ll need to succeed:
• A passion for marketing
• Degree level
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as a team, whilst supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, creative, flexible, and results-driven mindset.
