Marketing Internship

Job description / Role

• Explore and perform various tasks in the field of E-Commerce & Public Relations.
• Analyze the products & campaigns of the competition and keep the sales team updated to develop tactical counter back strategies.
• Content creation & management activities for online promotions, social media updates & press releases.
• Produce Daikin newsletters for sales purposes & customers.
• Design & support the development of market research with the agency and analyze the findings after the receiving the reports.
• Research, support & implement “Lead Management” within the Marketing department.
• Bring the Daikin brand to life through differentiation & positioning.
• Prepare and conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys on various Daikin Products & Services.
• Approach clients regarding Feedback on our Products & Service.

As a Digital Marketing Intern in Daikin MEA, you will be given the opportunity to work and lead a wide range of projects & initiatives. It would be a roller coaster ride through social media management, content creation, lead management, creative writing & design and many more! You would love it, we promise!

Requirements

Job requirement:
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, Internet application & Social Media
• Familiar with marketing for technical or technological products background
• Working knowledge of Design Softwares such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
• Valid UAE visa for 6 months

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business Administration
• Certificate in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing is an advantage

Language/Computer skills:
• Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English
• Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Competencies:
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Ability to present and convey information in a confident, clear and interesting way to attract target audience
• Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• A knack with handling technology and internet related activities
• A passion & eagerness to explore the field of Digital marketing
