Job description / Role
Responsible for developing the concepts and campaigns for marketing AGP, largely focusing on the Mall, to potential customers/shoppers and determine the most effective techniques and programs for the mall and its tenants.
The key objectives are to increase the Mall's footfall, increase and favorably impact tenant sales and contribute to the positioning of the Mall. Developing new and innovative ideas to attract new visitors covering a wide array of promotions, special events, and attractions, and might include exhibits, art shows and community fairs etc. To brand AGP and its properties (residential and commercial).
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Business or Media; preferably in Marketing.
- MA in Marketing / Media
- Total 8 -10 years of marketing experience with 3-4 years in Retail/Mall & Real Estate industry.
Type of experience should include:
- Managed creative and PR agencies.
- Negotiated media buys.
- Ran promotions and events.
- Managed communication strategy of brands.
- Conducted market research.
- Launched Real Estate projects (residential, commercial, retail space or brands).
- Managed marketing budgets of AED 5 million and above.
- Managed team of more than 3 people.
