Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop relevant marketing initiatives/campaigns by utilizing a broad toolset of marketing techniques which will develop results against pre-set/approved objectives and marketing plan.
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns in conjunction with internal resources and external agencies based on agreed briefs by business owners in line with plan to ensure meeting of department objectives.
• Manage and implement marketing project from an objective and goal setting through to project scoping, briefing, agency management, and reporting outcome in order to deliver within time and budget mandates.
• Effectively coordinate project timelines and expectation to the stakeholders involved in the projects to ensure project status is updated and communicated timely.
• Develop specific action plans to address issues highlighted in customer satisfaction surveys. In conjunction with customer experience and project management team, develop specific programs to improve tenants’ pre and post lease experience across customer service centers. Oversee audit and upkeep of Central Parks marketing assets and display vehicles.
• Develop specific tenants’ initiatives and events calendar.
• Devise actionable revenue generating ideas across on line and offline mediums to increase revenues from BTL communities.
• Maintain customer communication through issue of newsletters and circulars. Provide CRM with customer feedback and advice on ways to enhance portals and social media community pages.
• Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain quality management metrics governing outsourced services across communities
• Media: Develop the media strategy across various mediums for the community. Monitor media in relation to competitor SOV and budget. Identify new media strategies in line with project objectives. Manage relationship with media agency and monitor performance in relation to set metrics.
• Budget Management: Set, forecast and manage communities budget requirements to ensure on target spend, efficient forecasting of cash flow requirements. Ensure the complete adherence of the process to procurement.
• Reports and communication: Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports on all ongoing and upcoming activities across communities and destinations. Provide management with market intelligence and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
• 5-10 years experience in Marketing / Community Events / Corporate Social Responsibility.

• Market Awareness, trends, intelligence on customer feedback,Social networking.
