Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

For our client, a leading Financial Institution, Aventus Global Talent is looking for a Marketing Manager. Amongst others your responsibilities will be:

• You will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategies across the UAE.
• Collaborate with cross divisional teams to achieve the organisations performance objectives
• Monitor performance against KPI`s on a regular basis
• Formulate and implement marketing & advertising strategies
• Monitoring competitor campaigns
• Coordinate with the Finance & Business Intelligence teams to provide timely and accurate information.

Requirements

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
• Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role.
• Mid way through career with at least 5-7 years’ experience of which 2 years in a senior capacity managing a person or agencies/accounts. At least 3 years’ experience needs to be in the GCC.
• Arabic speaking is a big plus, fluent English – written and spoken
• Creative visually, with content, partnership ideas, product placement, brand synergy.
• Good understanding of budgeting, how to negotiate prices and work within budget.
