Marketing Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager based in Dubai. The primary remit of this position will be to develop & increase brand awareness, and enable sales team to grab opportunities in the construction market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for website and social media management; copyrighting of editorial, press releases, newsletters, technical literature & white papers; handling exhibitions; and graphic design; with attention to detail on corporate identity. You are also required to be proficient in planning, preparing and delivering high calibre company and product presentations. You will design and commission research projects to generate/quantify USP and, thus, a strong technical appreciation of building design & construction is of prime importance, as will be the management of the developing marketing budget.

You should also display initiative, commercial acumen, as well as being able to demonstrate highly developed influencing skills and personal integrity.

You will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the energy and drive to move things forward, adopting a flexible and direct approach to workload. Also required is someone who is politically, culturally and religiously knowledgeable and tolerant.
