Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for the results driven, young personality, dynamic to adapt to changes Marketing Manager to join our growing and fast developing brand and to be responsible for the overall brand strategy and events’ calendar that will drive the expansion of the brand in coordination with the brand aesthetics and direction. Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improved market share. Supervise advertising, product design and other form of marketing to maintain consistency in the branding. Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals. The role will be reporting to the COO and CEO/founder.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Work closely with Creative Director to assure clear understanding of the brand’s message, which has to be delivered to the PR, Media, Digital Agency and within the team
• Manage all communications and improve relationships with PR teams locally and international (Dubai, Paris and if any further expansion), implementing strategic media plans, monitoring content to establish clear brand direction.
• Oversee / direct digital agency to ensure smooth running of the website / ecommerce, control the new concept
• Arrange bi-monthly meeting with PR, digital agency & internal team assuring the consistency of the brand mission and vision via all links and discussing further upcoming projects
• Communicate with Fashion Federation (together with Creative Director and Director of Design) and build the strategy to fit their requirements
• Present the brand strategy to directors and business development team internally and externally
• Communicating with all media sources (press, influencers) when and where necessary directly with or without PR involvement
• Update press book on monthly basis
• Control and direct concepts of all events
• Organize and Execute all events such as fashion shows, product launches, trunk shows, brand activation and pop ups that showcase the brand’s image and improve client base
• Establish media plans based on the business needs and brand’s strategy and work toward implementation hand in hand with the PR agencies
• Improve the brand awareness / exposure through PR and client facing events
• Develop brand’s involvement in charity projects and dressing opportunities
• Manage and develop strategy of all online platforms including e-commerce and social media. Ensuring products and services meet customer expectations and build the credibility of the brand
• Communicate desired content to specialist social media agency ensuring online presence in line with the brands aesthetics
• Work closely with the Wholesale team and realistic forecasting of budget, sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly
• Communicate with the Retail team about the audio & visual which has to be in the store according to the collections
• Support Retail Manager on retail staff trainings for Brand orientation
• Work closely with Retail Manager for the in-store events, marketing activations, campaigns to drive the sales in the retail outlets
• Coordinate with in-house Graphic Designer for any required materials
• Coordinate with in-house Production team for the Garments to be sent to PR and media and tracking of samples
• Look book shoots, campaigns – to arrange everything directly with models photographers or via agencies and production companies and prepare contracts for their services if and when required

Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven background of working with an emerging brand and has required knowledge and experience to support Brand’s exposure in the markets (locally and internationally) by showcasing and delivering brand’s message to the targeted audience.

It is essential for the ideal candidate to possess:
• Fluent English language skills
• Bachelors or higher level degree in relevant field
• Solid organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Great interpersonal communications, team working and networking skills
• Strong negotiations and numerical skills, and commercial awareness
• Understanding of luxury RTW fashion, knowledge of the calendar and of the work process with media, PR, influencers and other 3rd parties
