DESCRIPTION
Amazon strives to present customers with the widest selection of convenient and quality services at the best prices.We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager with a strong customer focus and analytical skills to grow the Amazon Home Services (AHS) business in UAE.

The Marketing Manager's primary responsibilities will include:
· Create marketing strategy to impact brand perception, including conducting market research, testing and optimizing messaging across channels
· Execute the marketing strategy and own creation of marketing programs to acquire new customers
· Own all key traffic drivers for the category, and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams
· Conceptualize, design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of AHS
· Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and continuously improve efficiency to maintain optimum RoI
· Understand and use customer-facing metrics to guide decision making
· Act as the ‘business owner’, possessing a strong understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, to deliver results

The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter, endlessly curious & constantly seeking new learning across Amazon and our industry, detail-oriented & extremely organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity and scoping new areas, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and senior management. We are looking for a marketer who takes ownership in leading the thinking of the business while helping foster a high-energy, collaborative & high-performance culture.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study
· 4+ years demonstrable experience in product/brand marketing/consumer marketing
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience analyzing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives
· Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
· Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA or master's degree in relevant domain
· Experience with Email and Affiliate marketing, Social Media, SEO, and Digital Advertising
· Proven experience in managing performance-oriented campaigns
· Aptitude with basic SQL queries
· Proven experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
· Prior team management experience
· Work experience in e-commerce/retail/services is a plus
· Arabic skills are a plus
