Job description / Role
About the Client:
A high end casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, serving Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha.
Job Role:
• Responsible for achieving revenue goals set by the business development team
• Execute bulk sales through creative marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking
• Function as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant locally and analyze local market trends and competitor activities, to identify business leads
• Do extensive analysis covering all sales aspects and prepare the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
• Set up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic and European nationality
• At least 5 years of UAE experience with extensive connections within F&B, events or hospitality industry
• Candidates who can start by August 2021 will be prioritized
